Our Christmas Trees are responsibly sourced and of the Alien/Invasive variety. The removal of which aids the environment in re-generating richer biodiversity and the natural re-introduction of indigenous fauna and flora. We spend much time in the environment ensuring that we select the fullest, most symmetrical and healthiest trees for fresh-cutting. Provided to you in its freshest state.

Thank you for choosing Capelands Landscape for your freshly cut Christmas tree! To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we kindly ask that you review the following important details about delivery and collection when placing your order:

1. Delivery Date Preferences
We encourage you to specify your preferred delivery date when placing your order.
Please note that delivery dates are flexible by 2-3 days to allow us to provide the freshest possible trees. This flexibility is necessary because the arrival of freshly cut trees depends on the number of orders received each week.
If no delivery preference is noted, we will automatically schedule your delivery based on our logistics around the arrival of fresh trees.

2. Delivery Timeline
Deliveries are typically made 3-5 days from when your order is placed, depending on the availability of freshly cut trees.
To help us plan efficiently, we kindly ask customers to provide a “Deliver Latest By” date at checkout.
3. Delivery Schedule
Evening Deliveries: Most deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 18:00 – 20:00.
Morning Deliveries: In rare cases, deliveries may occur before noon. If this applies to your order, you will be notified in advance.
Delivery schedules will be confirmed at least one day prior to the actual delivery.
4. Collection Option
Prefer to pick up your tree? Collection can be arranged from our location at Capelands Landscape. Please indicate this preference during checkout, and we’ll notify you when your tree is ready.
