  • We offer refunds on products within 48hrs of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
    • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Plants must still be in good health and accompanied by the original container or packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
    • Plants that have been planted or are no longer in good health due to neglect or improper care.
    • Customized or special-order items.
    • Perishable goods.

3. Refund Process

  • Provide your order number and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and may require photos or additional information.
  • If your refund request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment within 7 days.
